Upon arrival for your Heart of Kenya Wildlife Safari, a private vehicle will transfer you from the airport to the Fairmont Norfolk Hotel in Nairobi. Spend time visiting the local shops and restaurants or relax at your hotel in preparation for the days to come which is always remains the best part of Kenya holiday packages.
Begin your day with breakfast at Tamambo Karen Blixen Coffee Garden before flying into the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by Maasai dancers en-route to the Fairmont Mara Safari Club, then unwind on your private verandah overlooking the hippo and crocodile filled Mara River.
Wake up early and meet your guide, then venture off in to Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Our experts will guide you through the area’s hot spots for game viewing. Take a morning drive along the shores of Lake Manyara on your way to Ngorongoro Crater. Set off after breakfast, crossing the border into Tanzania. Stop for lunch in Arusha as you journey across the Great Rift Valley to Tarangire National Park one of the most wildlife rich parks in Tanzania. After you will check in to the Arumeru River lodge with its terraced restaurant that has magnificent views of Mt. Meru and Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Take a morning drive through Tarangire National Park, famous for its Baobab trees, many of which are over a thousand years old. You will be met with a warm towel and cool drink upon arrival at the Tarangire Sopa Lodge. Embrace your surroundings with a relaxing night viewing elephants drinking from the ponds below.
Up early to meet your guide, and then trek across the Tarangire on a full day game drive in search of Africa’s big five. Prepare for a morning air balloon ride of the Serengeti for a birds eye view of the vast savannahs below.
